I am COPD patient.. Is it foracort 200/400 rotacaps & candid mouth paint safe during Breastfeeding??

You are likely an asthmatic. COPD is not common at your age. The inhaler mentioned by you is safe during breastfeeding. Candid mouth paint is also safe. Make sure you gargle your throat after using inhaler.
