I have chronic pain, depression,fatty liver,hypertension.my psychiatric suggests me duzela 90mg daily dose. is it safe for my liver and kidney?

Any other anti depressants ongoing? In how many divided doses you are taking 90mg? Do you consume alcohol? Was liver function tests done ?
Next Steps
Need to be careful about emergent side effects. otherwise 90 mg is not high enough doses upto 120 mg can be titrated depending on the response.
