Which would be the best refractive surgery for myophia under -2.75. Is contoura vision is safe . Where can we do the same. Is there any permanent side effects are there?

Helo sir. Yes contoura is safe and you can get it done anywhere at lasik centre.
Next Steps
Dry eyes  is common side effect but it can be manage, not a major issue it is.
