I'm 21. My penis' foreskin doesn't retract Is it just for me or everyone is born this way? I'm.worried as studies claim such a type of penis is at higher risk for HIV. Should I get it circumcised?

Well...no its not for everyone... We need to examine you since you are telling you are not able to retract it...we need to check you for phimosis...I would also like to know if you have low stream of urine as it will help in coming to a diagnosis.... You may require a circumcision if this is the case...its better you consult a general surgeon and get examined
