Is this chest xray normal or not as i am confused i didn't able to understand by looking at this chest xray

It's showing abnormal opacity on the left side. Please consider a CECT chest scan to confirm and refer to a Pulmonologist as soon as possible

It is quite abnormal. Pl take Hrct chest.pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
