I feel frequent irritations in the shaft and glans during urination. Semen test shows 10(4)-to-10(5) bacilli. I only get burning and irritations in the urethra track. No other symptoms. Is this infection of urethra or infection of prostate?

It’s looking like prostatitis. Need to do semen culture test, after that needed antibiotics accordingly.
