I have been having some boils on my scrotum skin, which causes irritation. They dont have any cyst. There is no pain in balls and urination. Its just on the outer skin of scrotum

They need to examined . For the time being you can apply a some good antibiotics cream and if it responds to that and is reducing , u continue it for few more days . Even after 2/3 days if it's not improving you are most welcome to visit and seek advice .
