Hlo sir i have inching problem on all over my body from last 3 year . i need to take ebastine 20mg ir citrizine tablet to get rid of it i m taking tablet from last 3 year my blood IGE level was more than 700 plzzz help i can i get rid of this problem permanently what i need to do plzzz help

As ur ig E levels r high ur highly allergic to food ; dust ; sun exposure. U need precautions. V can't  decrease ig E levels. Better to consult a dermatologist they can advise regarding food list.and other factors
