Irritation in throat and wheezing

Hello doctor im am 22 year old male,I have breathing problem from past 1 year,when season changes it causes irritation in my throat and wheezing sound produce when I exhale forcefully, and some time it causes by dust and smoke,what is the problem and  is it curable?
