I use the computer for long hours. sometimes for 3-4 hours at a stretch, and i cannot even take breaks in between. due to this, my eyes feel fatigued, watery. i feel like rubbing them and sometimes i feel like my vision is a bit blurry. i have an important exam coming up in 30 days (computer based 3 hour exam) and i need a solution to this problem asap. please help.

This is typical digital eye strain.. start by giving breaks every 20 min for 20 seconds and during those 20 seconds look away from the screen. Dry eye due to this can be managed using 1 percent Carboxy methyl cellulose drops, at least 4 hourly in both eyes.
Next Steps
Get checked for spectacle power or change of power.

you are having computer vision syndrome. please use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop .and take omega 3 fatty acid cap.
Next Steps
follow 20..20..formula ie close your eyes for w/o seconds after every 20 minutes. don't sit facing towards A.C.. keep proper distance between eyes and screen. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water.
