I am having acute itching and irritation in vagina. Pain and irritation during urination. Its been 3rd day now. Lately i have been drinking ginger tea ( too frequent). Though i am nit taking it from 2 days now. Ans consuming lot of water too. But minimal effect. There is redness near the area from where we urinate. The itching is unbearable now. What to do ?

You have got urinary tract infection or vaginal infection.Get done complete urine examination and culture sensitivity of urine.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist.
