I have since few days experiencing symptoms of irritable male syndrome and then have given the test for it online.The results were horrifying, it's written that the score of more than 76 in the test is high and I got a score of 116. Now the symptoms like mood swings have intensified. Even on addition of it the other problems like back pain, cramps, light headedness etc. Note- I don't drink and smoke very occasionally.

Please don't self diagnose online. You need to see a psychologist who can give you a proper diagnosis & suggest remedies.
