I am suffering from IBS since 7-8 months.i am facing tenesmus symptoms recently.tried many medicines.Nothing worked out.i always feel like pooping even after emptying bowels.i have pain and burning sensation in anal area.Please suggest me some good medicines .IBS is making my everyday life difficult.I also do have recurrent UTI

Tab pari 12.5 mg once daily for 7 days then increase dose to 25 mg after 1 week daily after Breakfast
