Irregular Sleep pattern.

I have not been able to maintain a proper sleep schedule since forever now it is hindering my ability to be more productive as I'm mostly sleeping during odd day times, I feel the major reason for this is my mobile phone usage as I use my mobile around over 9 hours each day, when I lock my mobile, my sleep pattern improves itself for a few days and then I start watching lot of TV and it spoils again or I start reading books or writing something, always night time. I cant understand is it due to lack of self control or discipline, I want to get my sleep pattern right...

This is a common problem now a days and you need to be taught some behavioral techniques to improve sleep. Maintain sleep hygeine Read a book called "power of the habit"

Try to sleep and wake at the same time everyday Try not to exert alot or eat alot around sleeping time. Don’t surf tv or mobile when in bed. Try yoga for 30mins in a day. Maintain a dark and cool room to sleep.
