  4. Irregular periods. With this issue?

Irregular periods

There is no regularity for my periods. Some times they are asusual may be with maximum of 10 days late. Some times i have a months of difference. So what can i do and how to overcome with this issue? Please guide me to take proper steps regarding this.

If still no regular periods do these tests 1. Serum TSH fasting levels 2. Serum Prolactin 3. Serum LH and FSH and AMH on day 2 of periods 4. Ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and antral follicle count on day 2 of periods
