Periods not happened from last 3 months. I Am facing this irregular periods after delivery. Can u suggest me how to overcome from this problem and share some diet plan to reduce my weight

Hi. Post delivery the cycles will be irregular only . After 6 months only it starts becoming regular . Stop fried and sweets . Take more of fruits and salads to loose wt . Start walking daily with a mask on .
