My sister has irregular periods she gets like once in 2 months or more longer .. her thyroid is normal her prolactin level is almost normal.. is this okay..? Will it cause any fertility problem in future?

Can you get a transabdominal scan done and tell me the report. And why is prolactin almost normal? What is the value
