It's been 3 days that I have stopped taking deviry 10mg for 5 days (one tablet at night). Still no sign of periods. I'm really worried, please suggest

Wait for few more days.It will come but takes time.Because it contains high dose of pregnancy hormones when it comes to normal level then you will get bleeding.
