Im married just 6 mnths before , now i hav a sharp pain in my lower abdomen both the sides. And also have a trouble of irregular heavy bleeding and painful periods these months. My height is 160cm n when i got married i was 62 kgs but now im 72 kg weight. What should i do to reduce weight and also get rid of these periods problms.?
