PCOS is a diagnosis made on hormonal blood tests, periods regular or irregular, ultrasound of ovaries giving us an idea about their volume and ovarian Stroma. In PCOD there is a possibility where women get regular periods but they are not releasing an egg mid cycle ( anovulatory) If your aim is pregnancy, you should get a proper orw conception counselling done and get evaluated in depth.
