I'm unmarried and facing the problem of irregular periods for a long time. Sometimes it's delayed for even a month. I have attached the reports of the tests conducted. What should I do to get my periods regularly. In the future, will my irregular periods cause any complications for me to get pregnant. Kindly help

Ur reports r normal Meet a gynae  U can b put in low dose  pills to regularise  ur perioda U shud conceive easily once periods r regular
