Hello.. Well pain in the lower abdomen might be related to intestinal infection, food poisoning, uti , etc...we need to evaluate the cause...apart from that for irregular periods we need evaluate you if you have any hormonal imbalances like thyroid, pcos etc...please meet a gynaecologist...thank you
