Hello Doctor, I am facing this irregular periods from past 3-4 months and I do get back pain when my cycle is nearing but then I am not getting periods. Could you please let me know what could be the reason for this? And also I am getting lumps on my private part in recent times ( predicting as due to over heat) . But they're painful.
