Hello, My periods are always regular but since January 2025 I started to experience irregular periods i didn't got my period in January usually my period comes around 25-28 but I haven't got mine in January but got on February 4 ( I was scared and ate a lot of seseme seeds) ... It was a proper full flow period . But again in March I had issues my period lasted only for a half a day I was scared and went to get checked doctor said I have water bubbles in my ovaries she said i have to lose weight and gave me northedine acetate tablet for three days to regulate period. Endometrial lining is 8mm and uterus is normal. Before I used to get periods on time sometimes even early before my date if I eat anything that triggers it now suddenly since last few months I'm experiencing this problem. Please guide me 🙏 I'm refused to believe I have pcod. I don't have fat around my belly or any other symptoms. I went through extreme stress in December and January could it be because of stress .
