From the past 3 months I have been having irregular periods at first I had it for 25 days the month after was 15 and the next one was 15 as well and two days ago I started with my period for the this month. My period starts with spotting but then towards the end it’s very heavy and full of clots. I have also gained 15 kgs in the past 3 months even though I don’t fattening food . I also have stretch marks on my arms stomach thighs and butt. And my lower left abdomen hurts every time
