From March till date I am having irregular periods that is every month I'm having periods twice. Bleeding is also heavy and I feel tired all the time. Earlier I was regular in my cycle but since March it's just getting worse.

You seem to be having some hormonal imbalance. You need to be evaluated by a gynaecologist and get scan and blood tests done. If you are bleeding so frequently and heavily then you must be anemic which is the reason for your tiredness and fatigue. Please get yourself checked
