I haven't got my period since 2 mnths and from past few weeks facing severe pain in lower back is it related to my period problem or anything else..I also have pcos

If it’s for the first cycle you faced this problem with previous cycles being normal then don’t worry. Do a pregnancy test if negative then take withdrawal course for periods and wait for next cycle..
