Irregular periods and prolonged bleeding

I am 22 years old and i had first time protected sex on 13th may and i got my periods on 19th may.My period cycle is not regular and i got my last period on jan 14th.Bleeding still continues and it is not that heavy and i use mostly two pads per day.From the last three days i have been not bleeding continuously and it happens mostly at night and there is no pain at all.

Might be pcod problem .Get done ultrasonography to know the status of ovaries.Also get done TSH level.With reports contact to gynaecologist and take medicine.
