After dec, I had my periods today. I have been eating well and exercising but still irregular. I used to take cycloset syrup as prescribed earlier by the doctor. The irregularity stopped but started again now

It could be due to pcos , medications , stress , thyroid issues etc. U need to hv urself examined and a detailed evaluation s needed too. Consult directly for further management
