My niece is 19 yrs old doing BDS have irregular periods problem. Sometimes it comes after 2 or 3 months also. Her face get lots of pimple due to it. Her diet is actually very irregular. On holidays she wake up in the afternoon so that she ate food at odd times. Also she ate lots of fast-food like pizza, Maggie, pasta etc. She also intake very little liquid food items.
