I have PCOD. I am exercising regularly but can't reduce my weight. Now I don't miss periods but sometimes only spotting happens

Spotting only means?? Instead of normal flow during periods only spotting happens or in between periods spotting happens. If you are getting normal periods at regular intervals thn continue with same
