I have been dealing with irregular period since 6-7 years. Whenever I eat medicine period comes on time otherwise no period. I have consulted all type of doctor allopathy, homeopathy, ayurvedic but no cure. I've been doing yoga,having good eating habits, sleeping time is good and my weight is also normal. I don't even have any cyst in ovaries but I don't know why my periods are irregular. This is really frustrating. Hope someone can help me out :)
