Irregular period

I got my period after a two month gap. I usually get it for 3 days. This month I got it twice( less than 4 week gap) This has never happened to me, before.

Eat 4 times a day in little amount, drink more water in morning. Do mild excercise. Go for T3, T4, TSH levels test. Consult me with report.

Okay,first of all you need to check your TSH level and do an USG.If everything comes normal,then you can take a course of OCP for regularising your periods.However,good diet also plays a very strong role in maintaining hormone balance.
