Hi doctor, My ultra sound report says Both ovaries are enlarged in size and show multiple peripherally arranged follicles with increased echogenic central stroma. Free fluid noted in P. O. D. Impression: bilateral polycystic ovaries. Will i have fertility issue in future. I am worried

If u are able to get this resolved by a course of Medicines,diet and weight management and excercise u will be able to conceive .
