I have been getting periods 24 days 26 days 28 days respectively form the beginning. For the last four months in the dates are Jan-2 and 31 and feb-28 march -31. Now in april i did not get the periods. what are possible causes for this

First do a upt ...if negative than consult a gynaecologist so that medicines can be given to regularise the cycle .Irregular delayed periods can be due to thyroid disorders , hormonal imbalance .
