P24 combo (cmia) test result after 26 da
Dear,
I had unprotected sex with sex worker on 17/10/17 and after 7 days I had hiv 1&2 test which is non reactive, than I had 4th generation test hiv1/2 & p24 combi (cmia) after 26 days which is also non reactive (index value is 0.09). After 13 days I had unprotected sex contact with my wife and then after days 10 days my wife is having high fever, sore throat, headache, cough I am worried as I had p24 combo test after 26 days which is negetive so do I have hiv, please give conclusion.

We cannot detect hiv before 5 years after exposure the virus load can be detected after 60 months so if u feel any health issue any abnormality in immune system or with ur wife we can go with ayurvedic medicine to stable and to make steady the immune power and cd4 count
