I am suffering from. Irregular mensutration cycle and after view my reports  doctor suggest me eat mala and mala contraceptive pills on regular basis when I my cycle come in next time. Could you please suggest is this no harm. To eat because I already suffering from. 2 medicine and not want anything bad in future.

Mala D or N is not good.Because it contains high dose of hormones.Instead of that you can use Doris .Daily one at fixed time without any gap.After stopping the tablet you will get period.Then again start the tablet like that for 3 months.
