I am suffering from irregulation of periods. It's been 5 years almost though iam suffering with. It generally takes gap of more then 2 months for the next circulation and stays for minimum 10 days. Kindly tell me what causion should I take to cure this disease?

You can take doluton L daily for 21 days give a gap of 7 days then restart... You need to start this tablet from the first day of your periods.. Do this for six months and take only if you don't have migrane
