Irregular menstruation

Hello My age is 22 and from last 3 4 months, I am facing irregular periods. Previously my periods was 2 3 months delayed and when my periods arrived their was no such pain or heavy bloody occured. However I am worried why my periods delay. And i think due to this I am gaining weight.
