Irregular menses with very heavy bleeding since last  2 years. C/O pain also. Cycles - 15- 40 days LMP- 2/2/23 Migraine patient since last 30 years. Gall bladder removed 8 years ago. Gas problem. Weight- 68.4 kg. Slight low BP and iron deficiency. (BP  taken yesterday- 121/75) Ultrasound told bulky uterus(9.6*6.3*4.3) with uterine fibroids. Is it safe to go for hysterectomy with b/l salpingo- oophorectomy? Saw a Google article telling it has somewhat low mortality rate. Kindly please tell its side effects and heal time and should I avoid it? I have already consulted few doctors here, so please kindly  share your answer here only instead of asking to connect in personal. Thank you!

It's better to undergo hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo- Oopherctomy, she will require rest for 10-15 days, if it's a laparoscopy procedure, also hospital stay will be of 2-3 days after the procedure.
