Irregular menses & pain in lower abdomen

I have irregular menstruation ever since. I took contraceptive pills to regulate as my doctor said but after 8mos taking it, my menses become irregular again. my lifestyle is quite ok. i eat healthy food most of the time. time do exercise sometimes. i drink 8glasses of water everyday. i have partner but not yet married. i am 35 yrs old. i have no child but TCC.
