Irregular heartbeat

Hello sir. My father ,previously suffering from high bp and taking metxl 50 regularly. But since 3 moths due to Normal blood pressure he is not taking medicines now.but since 3 days when we are measureing bp in digital machine irregular heartbeat symbol is showing.and bp is 155/92.please suggest any medicine for irregular heartbeat.
