My bro has irregular small bumps at his scalp can be hidden into hairs. little pain if we press that area. what it can be? This is from last 4-5 years. Should we go to the doctor after clean shave the head?

Hi He seems to be suffering from scalp folliculitis. Please visit a dermatologist for diagnosis and proper treatment. No need of clean shave but you can keep short hair for better examination. Stop oiling scalp. Regards Dr Vijay Adhe Eternis Skin & Hair Clinic Pune
