Hello there! I'm having irregular/improper bowl movements since a year now. It used to be absolutely fine before. But, one wild day, I was diagnosed with Anal Fissures, heavens to the pain!! I was given laxatives ointments and God knows what! Ever since then, my bowl movements are improper or I should rather say, lack pattern. I have this continues urge to visit the not-so-lovely bathroom but as soon as I sit on the seat 🚽 to answer the nature's call, poof!! Nothing happens! I always get this strange feeling that my rectum is full (mostly at nights) but nothing happens! Also, if I ever have a bowl movement, I feel a sharp pain in my central and lower abdominal area. I've already consulted so many doctors but no positive effects whatsoever till now. PLEASE HELP!!!
