I've been bleeding continuously since around 18 June. It hasn't stopped despite trying tranexamic acid, Meprate, and a 10-day course of Novelon. The bleeding has varied—sometimes lighter, sometimes heavier—and I've also been passing medium to large dark red clots. Initially, I had quite a bit of cramping and bloating, but those have improved while the bleeding has continued. After stopping the hormonal medicines, the bleeding didn't settle as expected and has even increased at times. My pelvic ultrasound was normal and so was blood tests.
