Iron goes down drastically

Hello Doctor, I've undergone treatment for Anemia and injected with orofer injection through IV. After the treatment Iron goes up to 55 ug/dl and haemoglobin was 15 before 7 months. Now, iron and haemoglobin went down drastically. Iron is <15 and haemoglobin is 5.9. May I know why it is so. Thank you in Advance.
