  4. Iron deficiency. Back but is fine now.

My son has low hameoglobin and iron deficiency need advise to cover this up.He has not eaten food according to his routine sinve last 8-10 days.He was also suffering from viral 3 days back but is fine now.

Visit your pediatrician he will start good iron supplements and multivitamins also
