You should take iron tablet in morning with meals like eat half of your breakfast and than take tablet than finish half of your breakfast as iron tablets have a common side effect of nausea and vomiting by this way it will reduce this effect.
And take
calcium tablet after dinner, with dinner or also can take with milk to get better absorption.
