Can anyone please tell me if my ecg report is normal. Is there anything to worry? I am attaching my report. It shows IRBBB

This is usually a benign (harmless) finding. But to be extra sure you can get a 2d echo done. If that is also normal then you are unlikely to have a serious heart problem
