Unfortunately, there is not much that can be done , the symptoms tend to get worse with time and eventually medications no longer control symptoms.
There are a lot of trials for deep brain stimulation which promises a cure for these symptoms, do look them up

As per your symptoms, you require addition of Levodopa/carbidopa combination for adequate control of your symptoms.
